Is is possible for two people to eat 30 pounds of potatoes before they can watch us eat them so to speak?

Of course. And when you got them for as cheap as you did you can afford to eat them morning, noon and night.

I have some great ideas for getting rid of them! I made Chateau potatoes for Valentine's day with our Chateaubriand and they were really tasty. A little time consuming but not more than it's worth. Just plop them in ice water until you're ready to cook them so they don't discolor.

Wow! You Rozebooms and your cooking really impress me...I'm trying to cook more since I'm not working right now, but I still use the precooked stuff from the grocery store now and then! You are my heros!!!! By the way Kryna, how cheap were the potatoes???

Are your potatoes near-sided or far-sided? Maybe if you got the far-sided ones you can get really close to them and they won't be able to see you. Oh wait, I know, you can bake them and cut them in half, that way they'll never see you coming. This may also require using your most interesting dishes to distact them.

I love you dad, seriously, Bert should understand a few more things now!

Jayne, they were $1 for 10 lbs. Couldn't pass that up.

Let's hope musterd isn't on sale next week...

Oh, Sweetie I just love you...And your sales. I have to say I love a sale, grocery shopping is my entertainment but I don't think I stock up quite like you do. But at a $1.00 per 10 lbs. who can resist? Love you and miss you. Oh and I finally posted so you can quit complaining now. :)
